Turning complexity into action.

I am Adriana Rojas, and I believe the world belongs to people willing to imagine what doesn't exist yet, and do the work to make it real.

I bring strategy, operations, product, technology and people together to move organizations forward. I want to build things that create value, help people grow and leave every situation better than I found it.

Core belief

Ideas create possibility.
Execution creates change.

I've spent my career walking into situations where I didn't have all the answers: a warehouse operation that needed structure, a foreign market I had never operated in, a technology company when I came from food, engineering teams when I wasn't an engineer, and now Artificial Intelligence.

You don't need to know everything before you begin. You need curiosity, humility, courage and the discipline to keep moving.

That's how ideas become execution. And execution becomes progress.

My story

I learned business from the ground up.

I grew up in an entrepreneurial family. My father taught us early that dreams require work. If something truly matters to you, you don't wait for someone else to build it. You build it.

My first real business education didn't happen in a boardroom. It happened inside operations.

The foundation

Dipsa Food

I started close to the warehouse floor, learning logistics, inventory, supply chain and production from the inside. I saw that every ambitious commercial idea needs an operation capable of delivering it.

The expansion

International business

My curiosity took me beyond operations and into commercial development across Peru, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Chile and the United States.

Latin America · United States
The market

Dipsa Snacks LLC

I moved to Miami and co-founded a company to understand the U.S. market from inside the market: importing products, developing distribution and learning directly from retailers and consumers.

The reinvention

Tenant Evaluation

I moved to Europe and entered real estate technology. I had to become a beginner again. That chapter took me from operations into automation, product and engineering strategy.

The next question

Human + AI

Today I am focused on AI-enabled operating models and a question that brings every chapter together: how should humans and AI work together?

AI · Operating models · Human capability

Different industries. Different countries. Different technologies.

The underlying work has always been remarkably similar.

  1. Understand the problem.
  2. Simplify the complexity.
  3. Bring the right people together.
  4. Learn what you don't know.
  5. Execute.

Success stories

Different challenges.
Same instinct: make things better.

Case 01
Dipsa Food
Colombia 2012

From operational complexity to international expansion.

Before you can scale ambition, you have to build the operation capable of supporting it.

The challenge

A growing food operation with manual logistics, inventory and supply-chain processes. Inventory counts could shut operations down for days while materials kept arriving.

What I saw

Growth required visibility over inventory, stronger warehousing processes, better replenishment planning and coordination across sales, production and commercial teams.

What I did

I built control and organization processes, helped structure replenishment and supply planning, coordinated inventory and demand needs, and later moved into international sales.

What changed

My role grew into international representation and market development across Latin America and the United States, including distributor negotiations and industry events.

What it taught me

Growth does not begin with selling more. It begins with building the capability to deliver more.

Principle I carry forwardBuild the operation before you ask the operation to scale.
Case 02
Dipsa Snacks LLC
United States 2015

Building from zero in a market I didn't know.

Sometimes expansion means getting close enough to the market to learn the answers.

Why we built it

Understanding the U.S. market from Colombia was not enough. I moved to Miami to learn how products were imported, sold, distributed and experienced by consumers.

What I built

The company started from zero: formation, regulatory requirements, importation, labeling, insurance, warehousing, logistics, brokers, distributors and sales.

How I learned

I learned by doing: talking to retailers, standing in stores, listening to consumers and understanding how a healthy-snack brand needed to adapt.

What changed

We built real operating knowledge in a foreign market and translated that learning into better positioning and commercial decisions.

What it taught me

Entering a new market requires something strategy decks rarely capture: the humility to become a student again.

Principle I carry forwardWhen uncertainty is high, get closer to reality.
Case 03
Tenant Evaluation
United States 2017

From manual operations to an AI-enabled organization.

The real problem wasn't growth. It was scalability.

Where we started

Application processing depended heavily on manual work. Training took time, repetitive tasks consumed human capacity and scaling meant adding more people.

What I saw

Before discussing AI, we needed to make the operation visible through documented processes, performance measures and clearer accountability.

What I did

We introduced operating methodologies and OKRs, analyzed roles and activities, then connected business objectives with product and engineering teams.

The transformation

Once the work became visible, we could ask what humans should really be doing. That led us from process improvement toward automation, product development and AI.

The human outcome

Technology created more room for judgment, creativity, problem-solving and higher-value work.

Principle I carry forwardAutomate the repetitive. Elevate the human.

Human + AI

The future of work is Human + AI.

We're no longer simply automating tasks. We're introducing a new kind of workforce into organizations.

AI agents can communicate, analyze, execute processes and make recommendations. That creates an extraordinary opportunity and a management challenge.

Implementing AI is an operating model problem. Organizations need to rethink roles, responsibilities, processes, supervision and the human capabilities that become more valuable.

Building the Human + AI Operating Model.
Technology handles what machines do best, while people have more space to do what humans do best.

Ideas

Things I'm thinking about.

Questions at the intersection of technology, business and people.

01

How do we manage a workforce made of humans and AI agents?

02

Which human capabilities become more valuable as machines become more capable?

03

How can automation create better work, not simply more output?

Lead with love

“Success isn't only about how far you go. It's about who you become along the way, and how many people are better because your paths crossed.”

Ambition matters to me. Results matter. Excellence matters. How we achieve those results matters just as much.

I believe leadership means challenging people while supporting them, making difficult decisions while treating people with dignity, sharing what you've learned and creating opportunities for others to grow.

My faith is the foundation underneath many of those beliefs. I would rather people see it in how I work, how I treat others and what I leave behind.

Let's make something better

I'd love to hear what you're working on.

Whether you're rethinking operations, exploring how AI changes your organization, building a product or navigating your own professional evolution.
